Arctic Cotton
Arctic Cotton is a family owned and operated business in Iqaluit, Nunavut offering baby care and child care products at ‘southern’ prices.
I designed and developed this e-commerce website. The eastern Arctic has limited bandwidth so I optimized images for file size, but kept the quality.
Once the website was completed I turned it over to Arctic Cotton so they could manage it themselves. I continue to act as a consultant, advising and assisting when more complex updates are required.

COG-OSO
Canadian Organic Growers (COG) is a national charitable organization with members and chapters in all regions of Canada. COG’s mandate is to lead local and national communities towards sustainable organic stewardship of land, food and fibre while respecting nature, upholding social justice and protecting natural resources. The Ottawa-St. Lawrence-Outaouais Chapter focuses on programs and events held locally.
My role as administrator is to oversee the backend of the website, update core WordPress and plugin files. I've recently re-designed the website.

All Saints' Anglican Church Westboro
All Saints Westboro is a progressive, inclusive and affirming community of Christians on a journey of spiritual growth. I re-designed the site, moving it from Joomla to WordPress and re-organized the structure so information can be easily found.

Temple Israel
Temple Israel is home to Ottawa's Reform Judaism community. Congregants use the site to gain information on worship schedules, adult education, Temple Israel Religious School, youth groups and social action; make online donations, access the calendar for events and keep current with updates from the Board via a secure members’ section.
I recently re-designed the site. I update content and online donation categories, manage backend administration and create graphics for slideshows and web pages.

Julie Taub is a senior bilingual Immigration and Refugee lawyer in Ottawa who provides services for those seeking to immigrate to Canada, permanent residence, sponsorship, citizenship, work permits, refugee claims, visas and notary services.
I re-designed the site to be mobile friendly and developed a Search Engine Optimization strategy to boost website page rankings. I update content upon request.

Judy's Organic Herbs
Judy's Organic Herbs website is one of Canada’s favourite sources for high quality organic herbs. Customer inquiries and purchases also originate from international locations. The website contains information for consumers, health practitioners and educators. Many of the pages serve as a catalogue and ordering can be completed using an order form.
